Sootie is so loveable
She really is a dream,
But when she bites your ankle
That really makes you scream.

She’s soft and sweet and cuddly,
A real pet lovers prize,
But when the notion takes her
She’s a devil in disguise.

She takes your favourite teddy
Is the postman’s worst nightmare
She escaped out of the garden,
And gave us all a scare.

We’re really going to miss her
When it’s time for her to go,
She’s been here for a short time
But still we love her so.

Our lives will be so empty
Until Theresa phones to say
Prepare yourselves; get ready!

We have a little cat who is 14 years old called “Bonnie” she is small and fluffy her owner has had her since she was a few weeks old and she is now in a nursing home.

When Bonnie came in she had a thyroid problem requiring an operation and blood tests as she was eating and drinking all the time. This particular problem requires expensive medication to control.

Now she is with one of our fosterer’s on her tablets for her kidneys and is so much better we have hoping someone will come and adopt her as she has been with us for 7 months. Her owner is still too ill to be told he is not getting his cat back so we send photos to him and let him know how she is.
